Cédric Senetaire oversees the optimization of clients’ industrial systems through energy performance measures and manages the operation of Qanta’s assets. He ensures reliability and cost control of projects, from initial technical assessments through to operations. His role combines deep technical facility management experience with commercial expertise, covering system audits, contractual structuring, and performance monitoring.
His career spans over two decades with roles at Dalkia (Veolia) in France and Alpiq in Switzerland. Cédric has worked across industrial utilities and large-scale infrastructure, developing solutions that optimize energy performance and reduce operational risks. His approach emphasizes collaboration with engineering, finance, and IT teams, building trust with clients, and aligning projects with long-term objectives such as decarbonization, building renovation, and centralized heating networks.
