Energy contracting
Objective : produce local renewable electricity and heat in new or existing buildings.
We enter into a contract with you to install and operate a heat and electricity production system on your property.
We own the system and no investment is required from your side.
We register servitudes in the land register so that the potential sale of your property has no effect on the operation of the system.
Your property remains connected to the electricity grid at all times and any surplus electricity produced is injected into the grid.
You can purchase the system at any time until the termination of the contract.
You purchase cheaper, locally produced renewable heat and electricity over the course of the contract.
Energy performance contract
Objective : reduce energy bills of an existing building by renovating its thermal envelope.
We carry out an energy audit of the building and identify what renovation works are required to achieve the desired energy savings.
We commit to the level of energy efficiency after the renovation.
You keep on consuming heat from your existing or new system (if combined with an energy contracting scheme).
We share the profits from the energy savings achieved over the life of the contract.

Our range of solutions for your transition
We take care of the financing, installation and management of your building’s energy equipment. You only pay for the heat or electricity you use. If you wish, you can buy the installation during or at the end of the contract.
We finance the energy renovation of your building. In return, we share with you the savings made, based on precise criteria, until the end of the contract.
We carry out an energy audit (CECB+) of your building or property portfolio. We can advise you on how to improve the energy efficiency of your assets and optimise the overall energy management of your property portfolio.
Invest capital in energy infrastructure through our financial products, which combine attractive returns with Article 9 SFDR eligibility.
Contracting chaleur et électricité
Nous prenons en charge le financement, l’installation et la gestion des équipements énergétiques de votre bâtiment. Vous ne payez que pour la chaleur ou l’électricité que vous consommez, à un prix fixe. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez acheter l’installation pendant ou à la fin du contrat.
Contrat de performance énergétique
Nous finançons la rénovation énergétique de votre bâtiment. En retour, nous partageons avec vous les économies réalisées, basées sur des critères précis, jusqu’à la fin du contrat.
Audit et conseil énergétique
Nous évaluons l’efficacité énergétique de votre bâtiment et, après analyse, vous transmettons nos recommandations pour les améliorations recommandées.
Vente clé en main
Vous achetez une installation clé en main livrée par nos soins. Nous en assurons ensuite l’exploitation et la maintenance pendant toute la durée de vie.
Gestion des capitaux
Vous investissez vos ressources financières vers des initiatives énergétiques vertes, garantissant ainsi des rendements attrayants tout en contribuant activement à la transition énergétique Suisse et internationale.
Optimisation énergétique
Nous réalisons pour vous l’audit CECB+ et grâce à l’analyse complète de votre portefeuille immobilier, nous évaluons l’efficacité énergétique de chaque bâtiment.
